Please note: These prices are not valid during the prom season and hollidays. "Prom Season" falls on both Fridays and Saturdays in the months of April and May. For prom rates, Please call our office for prices and availability (713) 320-7500 EXPRESS LIMO Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. - Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of limo buses,shuttle buses, limousines with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum. IF CUSTOMER CANNOT LOCATE DRIVER PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE (713) 320-7500 EXPRESS LIMO NO SMOKING or EATING. There is a minimum fee of $100 for each interior burn/damage/ extra cleaning. Missing/broken glasses are $10 each. Company is not liable for, including but not limited to; articles left in the limousine, mechanical breakdowns previous to or during your event, unforeseen major traffic conditions; perils of navigation, accidents, or other upsets and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date and time. We cannot promise any particular color, year, make, or model of vehicle and for business reasons reserve the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or use sub-contractors at any time. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond stated seating capacity. Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement should not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
